The WMBR Management Board is appointed by the General Manager to assist in the management of the station. The current members of the WMBR Management Board are listed below:

• General Managers  Josh Bails, Zoë Rogers
  Only elected position at WMBR. Must be a full time student at MIT. Responsible for all aspects of managing the radio station. The Management Board, and all other positions, are appointed by the General Manager.
  
• Comptroller  Lisa Gassaway
  Oversees the financial aspects of WMBR's operations.
  
• Membership Director  Kyle Schmitt
  Responsible for inducting new Station Members.
  
• Program Director  Ahmed Hussain
  Responsible for determining the programming schedule and is responsible for the content of the programming that is broadcast on the air.
  
• Station Manager  Rebecca Nicodemus
  Responsible for the internal management of the station's facilities.
  
• Technical Director  William Kuhlman
  Maintains, repairs, and oversees operation of all technical equipment at the station.
  
• Training Coordinator  Frank Shefton
  Coordinates training and testing of engineers.
  
• Volunteer Work Coordinator  Seleeke Flingai
  Coordinates volunteer work opportunities.

  In charge of on campus promotions.

  Person responsible for ensuring legal technical operation of the radio station in accordance with 47CFR 73.1870.
  
• Comedy & Spoken Word Director  Jeff Robinson
  Responsible for acquiring new comedy and spoken word recordings.
  
• Community Membership Director  Emily McLaurin
  Contact person for non-MIT people who are interested in joining WMBR.
  
• Facilities Manager  Doug Gesler
  Responsible for the facilities of WMBR.
  
• Folk Director  Bruce Sylvester
  Responsible for acquiring new folk music.

  Manages and oversees WMBR's annual fundraising drive.

  Oversees WMBR's news programs.

  Responsible for scheduling engineers and announcers for Nite Owl time slots.
  
• Office Manager  Nancy Masley
  Maintains the office, and stocks office supplies.
  
• Production Director  Joan Hathaway
  Responsible for the quality and organization of recorded material and assists other engineers with audio production.
  
• Program Guide Editor  Angelynn Grant
  Designs and oversees printing and distribution of WMBR's program guide.

  Organizes and manages the giving away of free tickets to our listeners.

  Handles all Public Service Announcements, written and recorded.

  Stocks WMBR's soda machine.

  Supports the WMBR website and is generally responsible for the computers and network at WMBR.
